The moment a client receives the keys to a new car should feel like an occasion. It is the end of a long decision and the beginning of years of ownership, and we believe it deserves the same care as the car itself.
Preparation begins days before
Every vehicle leaving our showroom receives a full paint-correction detail, a deep interior clean and a ceramic protection layer on request. Our technicians complete a multi-point inspection, check tyre pressures, update the software where available and make sure every warning light is clear.
Paperwork done in advance
Registration, tax token, fitness certificate and insurance are completed before delivery day. The client should never have to queue at an office or chase a signature. Everything is presented together in a leather folder: auction sheet, export certificate, customs papers, registration documents and service records.
“The only thing left for our client to do on delivery day is drive.”
The walkthrough
A specialist sits with the client inside the car and explains every feature — seat memory, driver assistance, infotainment pairing, the hybrid system if fitted, and the service schedule. We take as long as needed. Many clients bring their family, and we are happy to show everyone how the car works.
After the keys
Our relationship does not end at the showroom door. Each client receives a direct line to their consultant for any questions in the weeks that follow, along with reminders for the first service. If you are planning to collect a car from us soon, tell us how you would like the moment to feel — we will make it happen.
